Ryan, the owner, is honest, friendly, and even goes an extra step to let me know if there are other problems lurching. Jamie, the service advisor, is always so nice and answers any questions. The service level from start to finish is way better than I have experienced from an auto repair business in a long time. They were able to diagnose what I needed done and also found one other item that had to be taken care of that the last mechanic missed. A salesperson once told me that there are 3 important things when making a purchase (Quality, Service and Price). She told me that in pretty much every case, when choosing a service provider you can only have two of the three so you need to decide which you can live without.
Well, I've been using Ryan and his team since he started the business and I consistently get all 3 things. I've had some unusual issues that others couldn't diagnose, but Ryan and his team could. I've added tires to the items I source from Stoiched. Couldn't be more pleased. They choose their team carefully to insure they have a staff that is honest and can communicate competently with the customers. Try them once and you'll never use anyone else again.
